This app collects nothing. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. Nothing you enter leaves your phone.
The released app does not request the Android INTERNET
permission. Without it, Android will not let the app open a network
connection at all — so it cannot send your data anywhere even if it were
asked to. The app also contains no networking code and no third-party
analytics, advertising or crash-reporting libraries.
Everything the app remembers is written to private storage on your own device, readable only by this app:
Home-screen widgets read that same local data in order to draw. It is never transmitted.
Removing a place from the app deletes it. Uninstalling the app deletes everything the app has stored, including anything its widgets were using. There is nothing held anywhere else, so there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf and no request for us to action.
The app requests no runtime permissions — no location, no contacts, no
notifications. A few normal, install-time permissions come from the Android
libraries that draw home-screen widgets
(ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE,
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED, WAKE_LOCK). They are not
used to collect anything, and without the internet permission they cannot be.
When you share a proposed meeting time, the app hands the text and image to Android's own share sheet and you choose where it goes. It goes only to the app you pick. Nothing is copied to us.
The app collects no personal information from anyone, of any age.
Time zone and daylight-saving rules come from the IANA Time Zone Database and are bundled inside the app. No lookup is performed over a network.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with a new date above. Material changes will also be described in the app's release notes on Google Play.
